Construction of Laboratory Building

We developed a state-of-the-art laboratory building designed to meet the rigorous demands of Petrochem’s research and development activities. This involved detailed planning and execution to ensure a facility that combines functionality with advanced safety standards.

Building of Area Wall: We also constructed an area wall surrounding the facility, enhancing security and safety.

Construction of Chemical Reservoir: A key part of this project was building a chemical reservoir, designed to safely store and manage chemicals used in the laboratory.

Facade Works: Our team meticulously worked on the building’s facade, ensuring it was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, reflecting the innovative nature of the laboratory.

The successful completion of the Laboratory Building for Petrochem demonstrates Vien Group’s expertise in delivering complex, technically demanding projects. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in construction. In addition to the above the following work were also performed: fitout works, MV, LV electrical works, HVAC installation.
